For me it works best to get a setup that feels good and adjust your settings as needed around the setup. Try to be smooth on and off throttle(dont let off all the way and don't just stomp it it down). Try not to oversteer the car,let it rotate through the turns and try to keep as straight as possible. Straighter is faster!
